How to use the shopping cart
To use our online shopping click the 'shopping trolley' icon  for the product you wish to purchase. You can buy as many of the same item or different items as you wish by adding amount to quantity. You may be asked if you wish to view non secure items click ok as this is only the shopping area; You are not submitting any personal details at this stage. When you have finished your shopping click on view basket icon and you will see a list of all the items you have picked. You can remove or add any product during the shopping process by simply amending the quantity amount. When you are happy with your choice proceed to check out and you will be directed to PayPal; fill in your details for delivery, credit card or paypal payments.

On-line

Use our SECURE online shopping cart, where you can pay via credit card or paypal. Alternatively, if you are not comfortable using unfamiliar web sites then contact me and I can arrange to list the items required via Ebay (extra 50p charge per item). All orders are dispatched, from Scotland, within 24 hours of cleared payment, unless stated otherwise. Please allow up to 7 days for all U.K. deliveries.

By Post

If you are not happy with submitting credit card details etc over the internet then don't panic we also accept cheque and postal orders via post. To send payment via post i.e. cheque / postal order (U.K only) please print out your shopping cart direct or print out our blank order form by clicking here. We accept cheque or crossed postal order made payable to Emma Brown,  we advise you not to send cash / uncrossed postal order unless by registered post. Please post all orders to:

Overseas Orders

If you are ordering from an area out with mainland U.K then please e-mail your requirements, and we will contact you with an exact price before you commit to buy.

Security

Our online shopping service is provided by paypal and all credit card details etc are handled by their secure server. We are only forwarded address details for delivery purposes. We do not have access to credit card details or paypal payment details. Your information is not stored on the internet or any publicly accessible computer system. If you have any doubts or queries then please do not hesitate to contact either ourselves or paypal.

Cookies

If you have any problems accessing the shopping basket then this may be due to your cookies being disabled. The shopping cart requires cookies set on medium or enabled so as to store information on your hard drive for the duration of your stay on our site only ( i.e. it stores items you have added to your cart so as to view them in basket)
If you have checked your cookies and you are still having problems accessing the on-line shopping, try changing your browser to outlook. If you are still experiencing problems then please contact us for a direct paypal payment link.

Replacement / Refund Policy

Replacement / refund will be made if the item is defective. 
We don't take responsibilities if the item is damaged by buyer's improper operation. 
Buyers must request their replacement / refund within 14 days after the item was purchased. 
 Buyers are responsible for return postages cost.
The item must be returned with its original package before the replacement / refund is approved. 
Buyers are required to return the items for replacement / refund. We don't take responsibilities if the returned item is lost when being sent back. 
The replacement / refund will be provided as soon as we confirm the arrival of returned items.
Commissions, earrings and made to order items are non refundable.
